Job Description

As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling about medical equipment rentals and nursing services. Your role is to handle calls professionally, resolve queries, and convert inquiries into bookings while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls efficiently
• Explain medical equipment rental services and nursing care options
• Follow call scripts and communication guidelines
• Convert customer inquiries into leads and confirmed orders
• Upsell relevant services when required
• Maintain accurate customer details in CRM
• Achieve daily and monthly call & conversion targets
• Provide excellent customer support and build trust

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Call Center / Telecalling / Customer Support preferred
• Good communication skills
• Languages required: Kannada, English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, internet usage)
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Customer-friendly attitude
