Responsibilities: Inbound Calls II Customer Service II Data Entry • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries • Entry of customer complaint details in web portal. • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
