Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide functional, technical, or administrative support to resolve customer problems and queries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your typical day will involve addressing customer concerns, providing solutions to their problems, and offering guidance and assistance as needed. You will also collaborate with team members to share knowledge and contribute to the overall success of the customer service department. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist customers in resolving their issues and answering their queries. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding Apple macOS management. - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the team. - Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends. - Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation in all interactions. - Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. - Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple macOS Management. - Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Experience in using customer service software and tools. - Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for Apple macOS issues. - Familiarity with Apple products and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Apple macOS Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
