Customer Support Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. This is a Voice Process role requiring proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls with excellent communication skills in Tamil and Malayalam.
- Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, issues, and product-related concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining company standards.
- Work in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Languages Required: Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam (both verbal and written).
- Qualification: Undergraduates (12th pass or above).
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in voice-based customer support (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries in a calm and efficient manner.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
