Customer Support - Sales & Service

The candidate should be proficient in preparing quotes and managing CRM, which includes creating leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and quotes. They are responsible for updating complete information in the CRM system, tracking quote status (Closed-Won/Lost), and managing service complaints and installation updates. Additionally, the candidate should download and share relevant data from tracking tools with the sales team, monitor tenders, identify key points in tender documents, and submit online and offline bids as required. They should also track the outcome of tenders (Won/Lost) and perform other activities such as verifying purchase orders, coordinating sales, administration, branch activities, and preparing monthly charts.
