Cyber Security Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

• Performs a broad range of basic Cybersecurity Analysis tasks within an assigned organization or functional area.
• Monitors, analyzes, investigates and responds to information provided in daily security reports.
• Assists in monitoring security events and incidents generated from the security information management system.
• Executes various operational security tasks and responds to security related inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Monitors and assesses vendor and third-party cybersecurity reports and documentation.
• Conducts cybersecurity risk assessments and control selection activities.
• Identifies anomalous events and security infractions that exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Creates and maintains network security documentation.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
