Senior Data Analyst

Role : Senior Data Analyst

Job Description: Responsible for auditor support with data analytics / analytics tools for audit preparation and execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding and analyzing data of business process areas (e.g. end-to-end processes like human resources, accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, sales etc.).

2. Execution and development of respective data analytics, incl. scoping of topic and introduction of new analytic solutions (e.g. via SQL, Python).

3. Preparation of dashboards via Power Bi, Power-pivot, process automations.

4. Supporting headquarter-team for use-cases with advanced data analytics and AI (e.g. supervised / unsupervised learning, text-mining).

    

   Skills & Required competencies:

   High IT affinity paired with knowledge of business areas or end-to-end processes (e.g. human resources, accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, sales etc.)

   Experience in respective analytics tools / technology (e.g. Python, Power Bi, SQL, web-forms, data-lake)

   Knowledge / Experience in analytics methods as a plus, e.g.

   + data analytic methods (rule-based analytics, machine learning) & coding

   + data management (SQL database)

   + automation methods (text-mining, chatbots etc.)

   + data visualization
   
   Looking for Data Analyst with:

   1. Good analytical skills, paired with curiosity and a sense / feeling for “big data”

   2. Good at SAP data extraction, analysis.

   3. Strong knowledge on human resources or related functions as business process area.

   4. Independent and solution-oriented working style.

   5. Team-player with cooperative attitude, empathy, and ability to work successfully in diverse teams.

   6. Ability to present analytics for different target audiences.

   7. Fluent in English, further languages a plus.

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA

Experience :

7 to 8 years

Mandatory/requires Skills :
