What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Set of rules, policies, standards and models that govern and define the type of data collected and how it is used, stored, managed and integrated within an organization and its database systems
What are we looking for? •Design and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise data architectures (Lake, Warehouse, Lakehouse). •Lead Strategy: Provide influencing and advisory skills to client stakeholders, serving as the lead architect for medium/large-sized projects •Modeling & Integration: Model and design complex data structures, including OLTP/OLAP, Star/Snowflake schemas, and entity relationship diagrams. •Cloud Modernization: Lead the design and deployment of real-time/batch data pipelines using technologies like PySpark, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or AWS Glue. •Data Governance & Quality: Implement data governance frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Purview), metadata management, lineage tracking, and compliance. •Team Leadership: Lead analysis, design, and build efforts, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior architects. •Knowledge of streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark Streaming). •Understanding of Generative AI/LLM use cases in data management. •Experience with Data Mesh or Data Lakehouse architectures. •Minimum 13+ years of relevant IT experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Data Analytics. •Deep expertise in Data Architecture Principles and Data Modeling (Erwin, ER Studio). •Proficiency in Cloud Data Platforms (AWS Architecture, Azure Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, or MS Fabric). •Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
