Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in leading data engineering projects and teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve data engineering practices. Good to have skills: Flask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Cloud Platforms, Big Data Technologies - Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration. - Utilize Python to build robust data pipelines and automate data processing tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. - Optimize and maintain existing data architectures for scalability and performance. - Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
