Summary: As a Data Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and compliance of an organization's data assets. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing data strategies that ensure data integrity while enforcing governance policies. You will establish protocols to handle data, safeguard sensitive information, and optimize data usage within the organization. Additionally, you will design and advise on data quality rules and set up effective data compliance policies, ensuring that the organization adheres to best practices in data management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of data governance and compliance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-related challenges and develop actionable strategies to address them. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles. - Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards. - Strong analytical skills to assess data quality and integrity. - Ability to design and implement data management strategies effectively. - Familiarity with data modeling techniques and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
