Experience: 10 + years of experience

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Developer with strong hands‑on experience in migrating data to and from ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of ETL processes, cloud technologies, and hands‑on experience with Microsoft /Google/ Informatica tools to support large‑scale enterprise data migrations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end‑to‑end data migration for ERP/CRM systems including extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica /Google/ Microsoft technologies.
• Create source‑to‑target mappings, transformation logic, and migration documentation.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reconciliation post‑migration.
• Work closely with business and technical teams during migration planning and execution.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and support cutover and post‑go‑live activities.

 

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in ERP/CRM data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of ETL concepts and data integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure/IDMC/ GCP.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Team leading experience is must, good stakeholder management experience and should be able to manage complex migration engagements.
