Summary: As a Data Science Practitioner, you will engage in the formulation, design, and delivery of AI and machine learning-based decision-making frameworks and models aimed at achieving significant business outcomes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess the effectiveness of AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring that they align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights that drive strategic decisions, while continuously refining models to enhance their performance and applicability in real-world scenarios. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications. - Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling techniques. - Familiarity with data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data wrangling tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
