Summary:
As a Database Administrator, you will engage in the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with various teams to ensure optimal database performance and reliability, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Monitor database performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Assist in the development of database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database query optimization.
- Experience with database backup and recovery techniques.
- Familiarity with database security practices and user access management.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting database issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Database Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
