Summary:
As a Database Administrator, you will engage in the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the databases operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Monitor database performance and implement optimizations as necessary.
- Assist in the development of database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery techniques.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database queries.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
