The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable AI and cloud-based solutions using Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL.
Engage with product owners, business analysts, and global stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment activities ensuring high-quality delivery.
Develop and maintain pharmaceutical forecasting models leveraging analytics, historical data, and cross-functional inputs.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver insights, analytical presentations, and decision-support materials.
Perform business analysis, modeling, and automation using SQL, and Python.
Provide strategic guidance on assumptions, risks, and optimization opportunities in forecasting and AI workflows.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI or Django or Flask)
Hands-on experience with AWS application design and deployment.
Experience with AI governance, guardrails, and internal AI tools.
Knowledge of AI development of lifecycle practices and AI agent tool design.
Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Additionally, Good to Have

Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
