Job role-Delivery Partner
In this model a driver/partner can buy an electric vehicle of their own and work with Cogos. 
All such buyers would be free to choose their down payment, bank, EMI tenure etc. and sign a work agreement with Cogos valid for three years.
Buy a vehicle from the selected OEMs at a discounted price, identified by Cogos.
Assured income and business assurance from Cogos during the agreement period.
Extra earning if vehicle is being used for extra days / time / shift.
In case of overtime, partner will be paid Rs. 40 per hours and Rs. 2/kms over and above of mentioned earnings.
Be a proud Owner of the electric vehicle from day one.
After the completion of duty with Cogos, Independent to work anywhere.
Partner has to deposit a cheque for Rs. 25,000 with Cogos, which will be encashed, if the partner leaves before end of the agreement period, towards the technology platform and network utilization charges.
