Project Role : Delivery LeadProject Role Description : Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary: Seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead with a proven track record for management and support of end-user computing services, including messaging & collaboration support, for a large enterprise environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of the organization. Technical Proficiency: o Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), citrix and AVD. o Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Zoom and Webex. o Knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering. o Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. Roles & Responsibilities: o Proven ability to lead Delivery of IT Managed services to large enterprises. o Responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks. Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk. o Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. o Communicate effectively with users, team members, and senior management. o Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. o Strong customer service orientation. o Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and improve services. o Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and methodologies. o Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. o Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. o Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in IT Service Delivery. - A 15 years full time education is required.
