What would you do? Deliver In-Person and Online Employee Experience Act as the primary point of contact for employee and HR inquiries, ensuring a high-quality, seamless experience both in-person and through digital channels. Facilitate employee interactions with HR, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and services. Execute HR Activities and Services Process and manage HR service requests, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll queries, and employee data management. Ensure timely and accurate execution of transactional and administrative HR tasks, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. Support Local HR Initiatives Maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers required for HR service delivery (e.g., benefits, wellness, payroll vendors). Coordinate and support the implementation of local HR Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement Create, update, and maintain HR knowledge articles and documentation in systems such as Oracle or other HR platforms. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of HR service delivery through feedback and best practice sharing. Case Management and Issue Resolution Receive, analyze, and resolve assigned HR service requests, escalating complex cases to the appropriate HR Resolver Group or higher tier as needed. Track and monitor the status of open cases, ensuring timely resolution and communication with employees. Compliance and Data Integrity Ensure all HR activities comply with internal policies, data privacy standards, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, supporting audits and reporting requirements. Support HR Operations and Transformation Participate in HR transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies, process automation, and change management efforts. Contribute to the implementation of AI-enabled and hyper automation solutions to enhance HR service efficiency and employee experience. Employee Engagement and Communication Promote employee engagement by providing timely information, resources, and support related to HR programs and initiatives. What are we looking for? Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) are preferred. Experience Typically 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), payroll systems, and HR analytics tools. Professional certifications in HR, project management (e.g., PMP), or technology platforms (e.g., Workday Certified) are advantageous Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in HR service delivery. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required, representing the Employee and HR Services function. Reporting and Analytics Assist in the preparation and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, leveraging tools such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Tableau CRM, or other analytics platforms. Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., service request resolution times, employee satisfaction) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
