What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Manage end-to-end HRSS delivery across UK, EMEA, NAM, APAC Build and sustain strong client relationships Oversee queue management and case reassignment Conduct audits/QC and record observations in Snow & SQF Handle escalations and ensure SLA compliance Lead SMEs and drive team collaboration Improve processes and enable automation for efficiency Provide daily/weekly delivery and audit reports Mitigate risks and ensure business continuity Optimize team financials through cost control and resource efficiency Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Manage the labor laws. This encompasses interchanges between an employer and an employee and may include discussions on salary, benefit packages and employee rights.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
