What would you do? This person will support operations in India by managing projects and ensuring compliance with Indian Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) laws, including maintaining documentation, records, and required reporting They will serve as a coordination point between internal teams, client stakeholders, and non-profit organizations, confirming their eligibility and ability to deliver projects effectively. The person will help drive process improvements, support escalations, and manage day-to-day tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth operations. Will also be responsible for leading the team to success.

Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and review of CSR compliance documentation • Maintain accurate and organized records of all CSR-related activities and expenditures • Collaborate with other teams to ensure potential and existing grantees meet all necessary compliance criteria • Assist in conducting due diligence on partner organizations regarding their CSR eligibility and project execution capabilities • Provide support to the team as they execute on projects from scoping to implementation to evaluation Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Ensure process documentation including SOPs, STPs, checklists, and workflows are up-to-date •? Identify basic operational issues and propose initial corrective steps for review by the management •? Help conduct preliminary root cause analyses (RCAs) for discrepancies, escalating complex issues appropriately • Participate in internal audits, documentation reviews, and compliance checks in sync with the management •? Support review of contracts and agreements by preparing required information and documentation
