What would you do? The HR Operations Manager will provide strategic oversight and leadership to the HR operations team, driving the efficient execution of processes related to Workforce Data Administration (WDA), Compensation, and Performance Management. This role will lead the team in aligning operational activities with company and client policies, standards, and system processes (preferably Oracle HRIS), ensuring compliance and operational excellence. The HR Operations Manager will collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of high performance and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services that support business goals. Process/Client Management: • Ensure Service Excellence: Drive the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and strategic business objectives • Lead First Time Quality (FTQ) Initiatives: Spearhead efforts to minimize rework, ensuring First Time Quality across operations, and driving continuous improvement • Optimize Resource Utilization: Strategically manage resources to maximize operational efficiency and meet business goals • Maintain Current Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with evolving client updates, policies, statutory requirements, and trends, ensuring compliance and relevance in service delivery • Strategic Problem Resolution: Lead the identification and resolution of complex issues, providing guidance to teams and ensuring smooth operations • Prioritize and Delegate Effectively: Manage competing priorities, • Champion Process Improvement: Drive process optimization initiatives, contributing strategic input for new or reusable process standards • HR Process Mastery: Leverage in-depth HR process expertise to drive best practices and ensure efficient and compliant execution of HR services • Client Issue Management: Proactively manage escalations, researching and resolving complex client issues with a focus on relationship management • Foster Continuous Learning: Lead initiatives to stay updated on industry and client-related changes, ensuring knowledge and expertise remain current • Ensure Compliance with Contracts: Oversee adherence to all terms within the Statement of Work and SLAs, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
What are we looking for? • Certifications in HRO Process, Payroll Processing and Compliance is a plus WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workplace Benefits Administration (WBA), Compensation Management, and Performance Management • Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems related to employee compensation, benefits, and performance management • Proficiency in Oracle HRMS or similar HR systems is highly preferred • Experience with Payroll processing and compliance is a plus • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a positive, results-driven culture while promoting individual growth and team cohesion. • Proven track record in managing and nurturing client relationships, aligning team outputs with client expectations, and driving exceptional service delivery to ensure long-term satisfaction and business success. People Management: • Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Lead by example to foster an environment that drives team excellence, focusing on empowering individuals through personal leadership, ethical behaviour, and accountability • Strategic Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a larger, cross-functional team, providing strategic direction on processes, methods, and best practices while ensuring alignment with account level goals • Performance Management and Development: Lead performance evaluations, set development goals, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Implement regular feedback mechanisms and support career growth opportunities • Training and Development Strategy: Assess the evolving training needs of the team and collaborate with HR to provide tailored development programs that align with both individual and account goals • Workforce Optimization and Scheduling: Strategically manage team schedules, ensuring resource optimization and fostering a culture of continuous learning through cross-training and skill development initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
