What would you do? Responsible for the daily deliveries with quality to meet/exceed the agreed SLA. Ensure that Client Focus, timely delivery & Strict adherence to SOP are maintained. Backed up with good knowledge on Commercial lending & Credit Services, should be able to handle client effectively. Assist the team to drive Client Value Creation, implement cutting edge solutions like RPA/Analytics and move towards Intelligent Operations. Adhere to all values & policies of Accenture and ensure that all team members follow the same. Spend time with the team members addressing their concerns/areas of improvement and create a team bonding leading the greater efficiency & commitment. Conduct detailed research on the financial history of businesses to determine their creditworthiness. Assess the risk parameters of the loan, borrower, and industry including the Financial performance of the borrower and guarantor, assessing the repayment capacity and recommending the future course of action in approving/declining/counter offer of business loans.
What are we looking for? •• Conducting financial statement analysis, performance evaluation, industry risk evaluation and trend analysis to assess the creditworthiness of large corporate clients. • Recommendation of appropriate credit facilities in line with internal policy and risk appetite. • Managing client portfolios and overseeing credit rating assignments along with interim financial analysis and hygiene checks. • Preparation of debt service coverage worksheet and credit appraisal memo. • Performing financial data entry and analysis using Excel templates based on 10-K and 10-Q filings. • Preparing credit reports and Credit Assessment Memos (CAMs) for annual reviews, incorporating counterparty profiles, key rating factors, credit risk evaluations (including financial and peer analysis, rating rationale, and industry outlook). • Developing forecast models in Excel, including cash flow models under various scenarios—Expected case, downside case, and management case—to project financials over a five- to seven-year horizon. • Creating and analyzing enterprise valuation models to determine a company’s total value, including both equity and debt components. •Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards •Underwriting •Banking, Financial Services •Written and verbal communication •Proven experience in credit review and appraisal, credit rating analysis, report writing, and evaluating capital structure, EBITDA, leverage ratios, and financial statements of large corporates; well-versed in cash flow models and enterprise valuation techniques. •Familiarity with third-party credit platforms like S&P Capital IQ, IBIS, and Moody’s Credit Edge will be an added advantage. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. •Analytical and logical thinker with a clear understanding of client requirements and expectations.
