Knowledge :Proficient in Geometeric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Competent in calulation of Stress and Strain, and Design reviews.

Functional Skills:Proficient in NX Teamcenter software - Modeling / Detailing / Releasing Drawings etcAdvanced level of expereience in Failure mode and Effect Analysis and Design reviewsExpert in understanding technical drawings and in Reviewing them.Advanced in engineering change management 

New Product Development:Develop and manage the Spark Plug Drawings and Bill of Materials for the Production plant to Manufacture proto Samples.On-time completion of error free drawings and release of the same.

Engineering Design and Development :Define and assess the Failure mode effect analysis documentation process for the product or to analyze the design change for supporting project manager and Engg team.Review and release of FMEA as per Industrial standards.

ManufacturingCo-ordination with manufacturing plant for proto samples ordering process in order to submit samples to customer ,  also  for Drawings, BOM< test specification release to Customer.On time release of drawings to sample shop.

 Quality ControlCommunicate with plant for quality issues and support in resolving them with help of experts.Solving of Q-issues with detailed analysis and Justification. Reduction in internal defect cost.

Project ManagementProvide support to project manager in Product related techncial documentations.Audits with zero NC

Education Qualification:Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering /Master degree in relavent field is Desirable.

Experience:
3-4 year of Engineering design and Product development or  2 year of  experience  in Machine design with M-Tech 

Network :

 Working Closely with Application Engineering Understand the product techncial requirements from customer Customer Support Sales team and Project manager in technical discussion based on requirement  of Project Manager & Provide support in preparing technical documents to customer.

 Production Plant Interaction, with Manufacturing and Quality teams to understand the Q issue, Engineering change requirements
