We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented design engineer to join our creative team. As a design engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering duties including designing, researching, and prototyping new products.  Understanding the needs of the management and customers and applying it in new designs  Conducting research in design and engineering methods required to achieve the designs  Need to be well-versed with design tools such as CAD/CAM/Solid Edge/SolidWorks/CATIA  Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.  Documenting the design process and iterations  managing project timelines  New product development (NPD)  Preparing technical reports, design specifications and drawings of all designs and products  Work on site drawings and help evaluate best possible solutions for the clients  Improve existing product and manufacturing processes  Ensure design is user friendly and easy to manufacture  Need to understand basic measurement parameters and also take measurements at actual site if necessary  Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs, supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.
