Desktop Management Support Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage & support desktop operations, servers, networks, and virtualization platforms
• Troubleshoot infrastructure & desktop-related issues and implement solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize desktop management strategies
• Maintain process documentation, train end-users, and ensure security compliance

Technical Skills You Should Bring:

• Hands-on with tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Intune
• OS expertise: Windows, macOS, Linux
• Proficiency in PowerShell/Bash scripting & automation
• Experience with monitoring tools: Nagios, Splunk
• Knowledge of ITIL, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and endpoint security
• Familiarity with cloud-based desktop management like Azure Virtual Desktop

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
• Experience in cloud infrastructure & services
