Device Management Specialist (Intune & Jamf)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of overall experience
• 3+ years hands-on with Intune and Jamf (for MDM on Mac & Windows)
• Strong grasp of device security policies across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
• Solid skills in application packaging (EXE ➡️ MSI) for deployment via Jamf & Intune
• Some exposure to Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) — enough to troubleshoot and understand security impacts

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and secure devices across platforms
• Deploy applications and packages efficiently
• Maintain balance between strong security and great user experience
• Collaborate with IT/security teams to implement best practices
