DevOps Specialist Manager Bangalore

As  a DevOps Specialist(Application Deployment) you will responsible for :

• Design, implement, and manage automated deployment pipelines for Java and Python applications.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate software development and deployment processes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Develop tools and processes to improve the deployment lifecycle, enhancing application stability and performance.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Automate repetitive tasks to increase engineering efficiency across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and implement software solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends to continuously innovate and optimize processes.

 

Candidate should be willing to work in client’s office (Most likely) – 4 days in a week

 

Qualification

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• 10+ years of experience in software development and deployment, specifically with Java and Python applications.
• Strong experience with DevOps practices and tools, including version control, continuous integration, containerization, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and application security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to solution delivery.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, network, cloud and related technology platforms mainly Azure.
• CICD tools such as Jenkins/Bamboo/CircleCi
• Azure OpenAI, Doc Intelligence, Cosmos DB 
• Experience with managing cloud platform using Terraform, Ansible, Vault and Packers.
• Ability to provide expert strategic advice for cloud application development, cloud application deployment, private versus public cloud options and virtualization
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices\tools including CICD, Pipelines, IaC
• Experienced in managing the delivery of a high-availability infrastructure to support mission critical systems and services
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure architecture mainly AWS.
• Experience in handling Complex IT Infrastructure Solution Design & Implementation
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability and strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to direct efforts of cross-functional teams for a collaborative proposition
• Synthesis and analytical skills
• Experience of working in a consulting environment is an added advantage
