We are seeking an Engagement Leads to drive end-to-end transformation programs for CFO office. This role is the face of the engagement to client leadership, responsible for delivery success and client satisfaction

• Ability to provide clear direction, set realistic goals and track the program progress
• Experience of working as a team member in finance transformation projects across the phases from assessment, design through to implementation and benefits realization.
• Understanding of core finance processes like Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.
• Strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing client requirements, translating business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Proficiency in using tools and techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and user story development.
• Understanding project management principles and experience in supporting ERP project timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Skilled in creating comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user manuals
• Experience with ERP solutions such as Oracle / SAP / D365 with strong fundamentals in finance business processes.
• Previous collaboration with clients from the finance services industry, specifically in Insurance, Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of GAAP and the ability to apply it effectively (knowledge of IFRS and other GAAPs is considered a plus)
• Practical experience working with agile methodology is beneficial.

Candidate should have B. Tech / MBA from recognized Tier-1 institute or Professional qualification such as: CPA / CA / ICWA / CMA / CIMA / ACCA etc. along with 6+ years of relevant work experience (Preferably from Big 4 or other consulting firms)
