Digital Marketing Specialist

We are actively looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Experience: 4+ years

Work mode: Hybrid/ Bangalore based

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively support marketing initiatives including push notifications, broadcasts, and data checks.
• Create engaging visuals using Canva; assist with email marketing via Mailchimp, Klaviyo.
• Communicate with customers via email, calls, and social media.
• Coordinate with printing vendors for timely delivery of promotional materials.
• Assist with video editing, social media content, and digital campaign performance analysis. Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to bring new stores live.

Requirements:

• Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, and email platforms like Mailchimp/Klaviyo. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer empathy. Comfortable making calls, conducting training, and engaging pharmacy owners. Preferred:
• Background in UK Client, UK accent,startups, digital marketing, or growth hacking. Understanding of user experience, customer journeys, and the UK pharmacy sector.
