Job Description
- Maintain and regularly update the company website to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance.
- Manage product pages, categories, banners, landing pages, and website content updates.
- Monitor website health including speed, uptime, mobile responsiveness, and security.
- Identify and implement website improvements to enhance user experience (UI/UX).
- Coordinate website upgrades, new features, and design enhancements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of checkout, payment gateways, and user workflows.
- Optimize website structure and content for better visibility and organic growth (basic SEO).
- Track website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversions) and suggest improvements.
- Fix website issues, bugs, and broken links in coordination with developers or vendors.
- Ensure website scalability to support new products, campaigns, and traffic growth.
- Maintain consistency of branding, layout, and content across the website
- Research and implement best practices to improve website engagement and growth.
