In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. The Regional SEM Consultant is responsible for end-to-end execution, optimization, and performance analysis of Adobe’s Enterprise paid search campaigns across EMEA. The role ensures campaigns are executed with high quality, continuously optimized, and aligned with Enterprise GTM, SEO, and GEO strategies.
What are we looking for? • 6–8 years of hands-on SEM experience covering execution and optimization. • Strong experience with Google Ads. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Advertising. • Experience managing B2B paid search campaigns. • Strong analytical and Excel skills. • High attention to detail and QA discipline. Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to Search Ads 360 or other bid management platforms. • Familiarity with Google Analytics or Analytics 360. • Experience supporting multi-region or enterprise campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of complex problems Campaign Execution & Launch • Build, launch, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. • Execute campaigns using approved enterprise structures, naming conventions, and QA standards. • Configure keywords, match types, ad copy, extensions, budgets, bids, and audiences. • Validate conversion tracking and ensure campaign readiness prior to launch. • Support launches for new platforms, business units, and GTM initiatives. Keyword & Search Term Management • Execute enterprise-approved keyword strategies aligned with GTM priorities. • Conduct regular search term analysis to identify irrelevant traffic. • Add and manage negative keywords to improve intent quality and efficiency. • Maintain keyword hygiene across all active campaigns. Bidding, Budgeting & Optimization • Monitor daily and weekly spend, pacing, and performance. • Adjust bids and budgets based on performance data and guidance from the SEM Manager. • Support and manage automated bidding strategies such as Target CPA and Max Conversions. • Identify opportunities to improve CPC, CPA, and conversion rates. Ad Copy, Messaging & Testing • Manage multiple ad variations per campaign and monitor performance. • Refresh ad messaging based on performance insights and enterprise guidance. • Execute structured tests on ad copy, match types, and audiences. • Ensure messaging aligns with enterprise value propositions and GEO narratives. Performance Analysis & Experimentation • Analyze campaign performance across keywords, ads, audiences, and regions. • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities. • Design, execute, and document SEM experiments. • Maintain optimization and experimentation logs with clear outcomes. Reporting & Insights • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. • Build inputs for operational dashboards and performance reviews. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports. • Proactively flag risks, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. SEO & GEO Coordination • Share keyword and performance insights with SEO and GEO teams. • Support landing page optimization initiatives informed by SEM insights. • Ensure paid search execution complements organic and GEO-driven discovery strategies.
