ServiceNow EC Developer
Position: ServiceNow EC Developer
Experience: 4+ years
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow EC Developers with strong expertise in Employee Center (EC) and preferably EC Pro. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance employee experience and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow Employee Center (EC) and EC Pro modules.
- Customize portals, widgets, and dashboards for employee engagement.
- Integrate EC with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EC implementations.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow EC; EC Pro experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Experience with Service Portal development and UI customization.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and integration capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, and related ServiceNow modules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in HRSD or Portal) are a plus.
