Mandatory  technical & functional skills: 
Understanding of core finance processes like Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
Experience with Accounting Hub and ERP solutions like Aptitude Accounting Hub, Oracle, SAP, D365, and Workday.
Knowledge of GAAP and project management principles for ERP timelines.
Strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing client requirements, translating business needs into clear functional specifications.

Preferred technical & functional skills :
Practical experience working with agile methodologies.
Experience of working as a team member in finance transformation projects across the phases from assessment, design through to implementation and benefits realization.
Aptitude Accounting Hub Technical and functional certifications.

Operational:

Lead finance transformation programs, engaging with CFO offices to set objectives and metrics.
Collaborate to streamline core finance processes like Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay using methodologies for enhanced efficiency.
Manage system configurations in Accounting Hub solutions such as Aptitude Accounting Hub, Oracle Accounting Hub Etc.

Functional:

Conduct client workshops and interviews to gather requirements, improving ERP/Accounting Hub utilization.
Maintain project timelines using tools like Oracle, SAP, and D365.
Develop documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.

Educational qualifications 
Minimum Qualification Required: B. Tech/MBA from a recognized Tier-1 institute.
Professional Certifications Required:Aptitude Accounting Hub
