City Lead – FM Operations: Job Description (Based on Context)

Role Overview

• The City Lead is a leadership position responsible for overseeing a specific Business Line (including Facilities Management operations) within a city or multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Business Line performance in the assigned city/cities.

• Focus on sales and client-facing activities.

• Achieve Revenue, Contribution Income, operating income targets, and margins.

• Independently drive Collections.

• Guide and inspire teams to achieve success.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and lead teams within the Business Line.

• Collaborate across functions and with other city teams as needed.

Performance Accountability

• Accountable for financial performance of the Business Line in the city.

• Ensure alignment with overall company objectives and growth plans.
