Risk Solutions Deployment Director – Job Description

Within the KPMG Advisory Managed Services (KAMS) central team, a pivotal role focuses on building and scaling deployment strategies specifically for Risk solutions. This position involves close collaboration with the KAMS Risk Leader and coordination with member firms and partners across our global network. The objective is to advance the globalization of Risk solutions, drive demand, support member firm activation, and effectively scale these solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Scale Deployment Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive strategies for deploying Risk solutions effectively across various markets.
2. Collaborate with the KAMS Risk Leader: Work closely with the KAMS Risk Leader to align deployment activities with overall risk management goals and objectives.
3. Global Network Coordination: Engage with member firms and partners within KPMG's global network to promote the adoption and integration of Risk solutions.
4. Drive Globalization and Demand: Lead efforts to globalize Risk solutions by increasing awareness, generating demand, and activating member firms to utilize these solutions.
5. Facilitate Solution Scaling: Ensure the effective scaling of Risk solutions by identifying and leveraging opportunities for growth and expansion within the organization.
6. Collaborate and Facilitate Deployment Activities: Partner with KAMS Solutions life cycle managers to enable efficient and effective solution launches, while driving solution-specific requirements for KDN delivery onboarding and ensuring continuous alignment with Delivery Model enhancements.
7. Member firm assistance and enablement: Meet with member firms to provide support, drive sales enablement. Engage with on-boarded member firms to provide support on sales conversations
8. Help identify enhancement opportunities for solutions; Collaborate with the KAMS workstreams to assess, plan and launch enhancements.

Qualification & Skills

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic deployment strategies for Risk solutions on a global scale.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments related to Risk solutions.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with onshore leaders and global partners.
• Strong project and program management skills, with expertise in delivering complex solutions within managed services environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to senior leadership and diverse teams.
