Domain Consultant - Pharma

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for business growth in Pharma Manufacturing Services

 

·         Lead discussions with the prospective customers in positioning Digital Transformation advisory services with focus on the Pharma Mfg. operations transformation & Digital Plant Solution.

·         Lead core team of Digital Transformation program and initiatives

 

·         Collaborate in identifying, assessing, and selecting innovative ideas from internal and external sources based on their value proposition

 

·         Collaborate in spreading knowledge and enhancement of the workforce capabilities.

 

·         Drive rapid design and development of minimum viable products, supporting future business models and innovation in Manufacturing and supply chain

 

·         Support scale up of successful ideas

 

·         Build ROI models and the KPI's for monitoring success of the investments proposed.

 

·         Support Geo sales teams in sales process cycle and help new logo acquisition team in Go-to-Market Strategy.
