Domain: E-commerce Operations + Vendor On-boarding

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operational tasks and performance metrics
• Support vendors during onboarding and ensure smooth setup
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Report day-to-day progress and operational updates
• Handle data analysis and reporting using Excel
• Drive operational improvements through data-driven insights

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience in vendor onboarding/support
• Strong data handling and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
