Job description Required Candidate profile • Answering phones and explaining the courses offered by the company. • Contacting existing Students as well as prospective Trainers using Company Sources • Obtaining Student information and other relevant data. • Asking questions to the students and understanding their specification • Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. • Taking and processing course details in a professional manner • Maintaining the database of the students on a regular basis • Finding the Trainers from the company sources & arranging demo to the students • Handling batches with Good Experience • Maintaining the data base of trainers & current running batches • Follows up on calls, messages, reply’s to the responded candidates • Scheduling the Demo session with Students • Arranging trainers for Latest technologies • Coordinate with the team members & trainers to schedule the demo & ongoing batches • Follow up on incoming calls, landline calls etc • Having good knowledge on Excel, word & CRM • Attending the online demo with trainer for quality checking Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor's Degree • Must have good communication skills • Fresher with strong Knowledge in Tele calling, Sourcing, outbound & inbound calls. • Must have good knowledge in MS office
