Mandatory skills:

Excellent Understanding of AOSP architecture and concepts

Strong knowledge of Android application Framework, Boot and Memory optimizations

Strong Knowledge on Android debug tool usage (Perfetto, GPU overdraw, profiler etc)

Preferably with Automotive Android experience

Multi threaded application development experience

Experience in multi process and multiprocessor communication framework in Android

Extremely proficient in Java, Android SDK, JNI, C++, JSON, Sqlite, RESTful APIs

Knowledge in usage of Kotlin

Need to have good knowledge of Android Core Components and IPC(AIDL) mechanism like Binders

Experience with Android HAL and HIDL – Audio, Graphics, Camera, Sensors, Automotive etc.

Android services – Media and System services

Knowledge in Android run time, Native libraries

AOSP – build and adaptation  Preferred skills:

Basic understanding of Linux kernel architecture and device drivers / BSP

Experience with Android GAS

Prepare concepts & design for extensions in android services and managers
