Employment Brand Program Manager, Talent Engagement
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with social media monitoring tools and with collaborative software for writing, designing, editing or posting content (e.g., creative, copy, video).
- Experience working in the tech industry.
- Experience in brand and marketing analytics, and ability to analyze data, identify trends and present findings.
- Knowledge of local job boards and talent platforms.
- Ability to manage programs.
- Ability to collaborate across geographies and regions.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the employer branding strategy for India, in alignment with the APAC employer branding team. Develop engaging and relevant online social media content for Indian audiences.
- Partner with People Operations and Communications/Marketing to ensure a cohesive and impactful India brand strategy.
- Manage apprentices from the India Apprenticeship Program to generate India-specific employer branding content.
- Track and analyze the impact of employer branding initiatives, regularly sharing updates with key stakeholders.
