Engineering Manager

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in coding with C++.

Responsibilities

• Software engineering management for a full-stack team.
• Understand distributed systems and designing building applications with scalability and performance requirements.
• Work with multiple partners and customer teams to understand scale data storage, management, access and scalability requirements for managed flagship datasets.
• Full-stack development to improve user experience for their data journey.
• Build platform features to enable partner teams to build data journeys for their users on the DataNexus platform.
