The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful IT projects and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams. Experience in the esports industry is a plus. Requirements Responsibilities: 1. Manage the delivery of IT projects from conception to completion, including budget and resource management 2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders 3. Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including regular reports and presentations 4. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed • Manage and motivate project team members, including setting clear expectations and providing guidance and support Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience as an IT project manager, delivering successful projects on time and within budget 2. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 3. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall 4. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana Preferred: 1. Experience in the esports industry 2. PMP or other project management certification 3. Experience with software development and delivery 4. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
