Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

We are seeking a skilled Network Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and maintaining network environments and working on network implementation projects. Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls is required, along with familiarity with cloud platforms. Handle team of network engineers across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to develop network strategies.
Should know how to lead and deliver network engagements across different implementation approaches including excellent understanding of client business processes
Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure for optimal performance.
Conduct network assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Document network configurations and procedures.
Should know how to lead business case creation for network design to implementation projects
Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to tools, practices and maturity
Identify Automation possibilities and drive automation projects.
Technical Experience:
Strong troubleshooting skills with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Expertise in at least two areas: Cisco switching, routing, Juniper Switching, Versa SDWAN, Cisco Wireless, Load balancer (f5) working knowledge of the others
Production network monitoring experience required (lab-only experience not accepted)
Hands-on experience with Switching and Routing with Cisco and Meraki environments
