Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves organizing and allocating resources efficiently to meet the demands of engineering and construction projects, while fostering collaboration among diverse teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows and customization techniques within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Experience in integrating ENOVIA solutions with other engineering and business systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ENOVIA customization.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems relevant to customization projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
