Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves organizing and allocating resources efficiently to support engineering and construction initiatives, fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using Eggplant Functional.
--Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing using automation tools.
Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
-Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to understand application workflows and ensure test coverage.
-Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and root causes.
-Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for efficiency and scalability.
-Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
-Participate in test planning, estimation, and release activities.
-Track and report defects using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
-Ensure adherence to QA best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
-Hands-on experience with Eggplant Functional / Eggplant Automation.
-Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting.
-Experience with test design techniques, automation best practices, and debugging automation scripts.
-Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
-Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM, etc.).
-Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
-Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
-Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Good to Have Skills-
1.Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
2.Experience with ENOVIA modules or PLM systems.
3.Knowledge of API testing or integration testing.
4. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN)


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
-Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
-Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, and Engineering).
-Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Clear ability to articulate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
