5+ years of experience in IT analysis for custom applications.
Strong understanding of Java-based architectures, front-end frameworks, and SQL Server databases.
Experience in major projects for leading companies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
Excellent communication skills, with clear diction and ability to explain concepts in simple, effective English to non-native speakers.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for full stack solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistency between design and implementation.
Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps-oriented processes.
Act as a reference point for functional and technical analysis in large-scale projects.
