Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to articulate a compelling vision for enterprise architecture, developing a target state, and creating a transformation roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions that shape the future of the enterprise, ensuring that architectural decisions support business objectives and drive innovation across the organization. Your role will require you to analyze current systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the enterprise framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in enterprise architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to enhance deployment and operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
