Understanding of Enterprise Mobility services and telecom activation workflows Hands‑on knowledge of APN / Private APN configuration Experience with SIM & eSIM provisioning and lifecycle management Basic exposure to VoLTE / IMS concepts Familiarity with Static & Dynamic IP provisioning Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions • One or two industry domain knowledge • Client Interfacing skills • Project and Team management • Execute basic activation tasks for APN, Private APN, Static/Dynamic IP, SIM/eSIM provisioning, and enterprise mobility features. • Perform validation checks such as attach tests, data tests, VoLTE enablement checks, and subscriber profile verification. • Coordinate with BSS/OSS teams for order flow progression and fallout resolution. • Update subscriber details in systems like HSS/HLR, UDM, PCRF/PCF, and assist in provisioning actions. • Use workflow tools or scripts to run repetitive activation steps. • Document activation steps, update trackers, and support customer-facing teams with activation status. • Supporting senior engineers in root cause identification for activation failures.
