Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.
Must have skills : Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced
Good to have skills : Solution Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will lead the development of complex solutions across various transformational opportunities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement integrated solutions that align with client goals, ensuring that the best mix of offerings and capabilities is utilized to maximize value for both the client and the organization. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze requirements, and oversee the execution of projects, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Solution Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of process automation methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs. - Proficiency in integrating various technologies and platforms to create cohesive solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
