Govern AI programs across plants.
Participate and lead in shaping AI-driven digital manufacturing thought leadership.
Drive co-innovation with partners (NVIDIA, Intel, Siemens).

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must have Skills:
Leadership in AI/ML/GenAI for manufacturing.
Time-series ML for OT/IT integration.
Computer vision for quality/safety.
GenAI copilots for shop floor documentation.
Multi-agent orchestration for plant optimization.
Edge/cloud AI deployment with compliance.
Edge & Cloud AI expertise.
Good to Have Skills:
MES, SCADA, PLCs.
Manufacturing processes (discrete & process).
Industry standards (ISA-95/88, OPC UA, MQTT).
Domain expertise in CPG, pharma, auto, industrials.
